We are very proud and honored to have Mohammed Zahir Hossain, former Vice Chairman and Director of Johny Textile Mills Ltd., one of the pioneering Textile companies in Bangladesh, to be our Chairman and Founder. Mohammed Zahir Hossain was one of the founding members of the conglomerate, Johny Textile Mills Ltd.

He demonstrated an appreciable skill in helping the Group’s growth to more corporate efficacy and elevation to newer heights. 

Mr. Hossain is currently the Chairman of Bourani Textiles and Stella Equities Ltd. He is actively engaged with several social and philanthropic organizations of national stature, without forgetting his root of origin.

Mohammed Tariq Hossain completed his education in India, earning a bachelor’s degree in Calcutta, followed by an MBA from Bangalore in 2003.

Guided by a strong family legacy and his own intrinsic values, Mr. Hossain possesses a clear sense of purpose and direction. As an entrepreneur, he established Stella Equities Ltd. and Bourani Textiles, where he continues to successfully oversee their day-to-day operations.

Currently, Mr. Hossain manages and reviews Investment Policy Statements of clients, and makes sure Investment strategies are followed religiously by the portfolio management team. He also attends quarterly meetings with clients along with portfolio management team.
